Shaman Charcoal Soap

Created in homage to the female shamans of Korea known as Mudang, this soap contains essential oils of Sandalwood, Pine and activated Charcoal, ingredients used in traditional purification rituals. This soap is wrapped in white paper packaging in reference to Baekji* white ritual paper.

White ritual paper used in shamanic rituals as sacred objects, offerings, or in the burning of sacred text to purify uncleanliness. Also used in wrapping sacrificial food or in setting up the ritual table for both personal and communal rites.

SANDALWOOD
Sandalwood is a class of woods from trees in the genus Santalum. The woods are heavy, yellow, and fine-grained, and, unlike many other aromatic woods, retain their fragrance for decades.

Complete Ingredients: Sodium Rapeseedate, Water, Sodium Cocoate, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Sodium Citrate, Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil, Charcoal Powder, Abies Sibirica Oil, Hordeum Vulgare Seed Extract, Santalum Album (Sandalwood) Oil.

For use on face, hands, and body. Lather with water, rinse completely. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush with clean water. Keep dry in between use with a draining soap dish.
