Our products have been curated with beauty, usefulness and sustainability in mind. The “buy to return” culture of modern America takes a toll on the environment in many ways, and we encourage you to think carefully before you make a purchase. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, however, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your goods and issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
At this time, we cannot accept returns on international sales.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at [email protected] with photos of the item and the packaging. Items will be assessed and repaired, replaced or refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to us due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
