This excludes food, skincare, personal care items and sale items.
RETURNS WITHIN THE USA
Unused and undamaged items may be returned for store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re sending an online order back to us, we recommend using a tracked service. Helen Milan can not be responsible for lost packages.
At this time, we cannot accept returns on international sales.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at [email protected] as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging. Items will be assessed and repaired, replaced or refunded.
We are sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
