RETURNS WITHIN THE USA
Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 21 days from the original purchase date for store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re sending an online order back to us, we recommend using a tracked service. Helen Milan can not be responsible for lost packages.
Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unused and unmarked, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items, food, personal care items, beauty products, candles, and apothecary are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, we cannot accept returns on international sales.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at [email protected] with photos of the item and the packaging. Items will be assessed and repaired, replaced or refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
